At Khaaman, we prioritize your satisfaction. We gladly accept unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

  • Reason for Return: Please mention the reason for returning items.
  • Non-Refundable Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are not refundable.
  • Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned products.
  • Restocking Fee: Orders returned as unwanted or due to a change of mind will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Open box returns may incur a restocking fee of 20% to 45%, depending on the condition of the returned items.

Return Shipping Labels

Return shipping policies apply to all products regardless of weight. The cost of return shipping to Khaaman may be deducted from the refund amount at our discretion.

Return Policy for Combo Purchases

Combos and kits consist of two or more items sold together at a discount. Individual items from a kit or combo may be returned separately during the applicable return period.

Buying Products in Bundles

Bundles are multiple products offered at a discounted price. For refunds, the entire package must be returned. However, individual items may be replaced.

Return Policy Guidelines

  1. RMA Number: Obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within the applicable return window to return an item to Khaaman. This number must be included on the return package.
  2. Shipping Labels: Place the return shipping label on the outside of the shipping box. Ensure products are securely packaged to avoid damage.
  3. Validity: Return labels are valid for 14 days. Returned goods must reach Khaaman within this timeframe.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products missing UPC codes, manufacturer model or part number labels, warranty labels, or serial numbers that are missing, broken, altered, or unreadable.
  • Items not in their original packaging or missing accessories (e.g., retail box, manuals, cables).
  • Products for which a mail-in rebate has been filed.
  • Items that have been modified, customized, or tampered with.

Considerations

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, return them during the exchange period for a replacement.
  • Product Accessories & Packaging: Include all original accessories and packaging when returning items. Missing components may result in a nonrefundable deduction or denial of the return.
