At Khaaman, we are committed to providing reliable and timely delivery for all our valued customers. Please review the details of our shipping and delivery policy below:

General Shipping Terms

The following shipping terms apply to all domestic orders:

  • Delivery times are calculated in business days.
  • Same-day shipping is not guaranteed, as orders undergo regulated phases before shipping, including order preparation, product safety checks, and packaging.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable as they are allocated to the transport department.
  • Khaaman does not offer cross-shipping under any circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling fees will be included in the total cost of your purchase, as detailed on your Khaaman invoice.

  • If a product is returned, the original shipping costs are non-refundable, as these fees are paid to the carrier for services rendered.
  • If your order is returned to Khaaman for any reason, the shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

Risk of Loss

Once your order is shipped by Khaaman, the risk of loss transfers to you under the Free Carrier (F.C.A.) terms. Upon delivery to the carrier, title to the product(s) also transfers to you, except for software, where the licensor retains the title.

  • Khaaman will not be liable for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government actions.
  • Estimated shipment dates are approximate and subject to change.

Delivery Time Estimation

The delivery time for products listed on our website is not guaranteed and may vary. We advise customers not to rely solely on the estimated delivery times displayed on the website.

Non-Delivery Shipments

Khaaman will not be held responsible for:

  • Incorrect or invalid addresses provided during checkout.
  • Redirected shipments after delivery when Khaaman has proof of delivery to the original address provided.

Locations That Cannot Be Shipped

In certain cases, orders may not be delivered due to the delivery location being out of range for our shipping carriers.

Large Item Delivery and White Glove Delivery

For large items, such as bulk clothing orders exceeding 100 lbs or oversized packages, we offer the following delivery options:

1. Large Item Delivery

  • Carriers will schedule the delivery appointment in advance.
  • Most items are delivered within 3–5 business days after the appointment is scheduled.
  • Delivery to rural areas may take up to 13 business days.
  • An adult signature is required for delivery.

2. White Glove Delivery

  • This option includes room-specific delivery, unpacking, and disposal of packing materials if requested.
  • Delivery drivers will bring the item to your preferred room, unpack it, and remove unwanted packaging materials.
  • Front-door delivery is available, where items will be left at your doorstep without unpacking.

If a White Glove Delivery item needs to be returned, the driver will assist with the unpacking process, delivery to the chosen room, and disposal of packaging.
